Please read these terms carefully before opening an account or playing games at cr222. By using the platform, you are considered to have agreed to all of these terms.

Account Registration and Management
2.1 — Opening an Account
To open an account at cr222, the following conditions must be met:

- Each person may hold only one account.
- The name and identity used on the account must match the national ID card.
- Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
- It is your responsibility to keep your account password secure.
2.2 — Identity Verification (KYC)
cr222 may verify your identity at any time. The following may be required for verification:
- A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
- Proof of current address.
- Proof of ownership of the payment method.
- Information regarding the source of funds, if required.
cr222 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete.
2.3 — Suspending or Closing an Account
cr222 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Attempting bonus abuse or fraud.
- Intentionally attempting to exploit technical errors or bugs on the platform.
- Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other users.
- Failing to meet regulatory or legal requirements.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy
3.1 — Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
- Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
- Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes only.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- cr222 may carry out additional verification for suspicious transactions.
3.2 — Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
- Funds linked to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus conditions have been met.
3.3 — Currency and Conversion
All transactions on cr222 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits, bets and winnings in your account will all be displayed in Bangladeshi Taka. cr222 does not charge any currency conversion fee, however your payment service provider may charge a separate fee.
Bonus and Promotional Terms
4.1 — Welcome Bonus
New members at cr222 can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus. Before the bonus amount can be withdrawn, the total of the bonus amount and the deposit amount must be wagered 25 times (25x).
For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳2,500 × 25 = ৳62,500.
4.2 — General Bonus Rules
- A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
- Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household, IP address or device is prohibited.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to any third party.
- cr222 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- If a bonus is not used before it expires, it will be cancelled.
4.3 — VIP Cashback Program
The cr222 VIP program has 5 tiers, each with weekly cashback:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Gaming Rules
5.1 — Fair Play Policy
All games on cr222 are operated through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures the impartiality of results. Each game outcome is entirely independent and does not depend on previous results.
5.2 — Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Playing games using any software, bot or automation.
- Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Depositing via credit card and immediately withdrawing the funds.
5.3 — Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute over a game result, cr222's server logs will be considered the final evidence. Any complaint must be submitted within 72 hours of the incident via live chat.
All disputes must first be presented to our support team. If internal resolution is not possible, the matter will be resolved through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

If a game result becomes uncertain due to a software or server error, cr222 reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and refund the bet amount. Under no circumstances will funds obtained as a result of a technical error be payable.
8.3 — Third-Party Game Providers
The games available on cr222 are operated by various third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft and Ezugi. The terms of service of these providers may apply. cr222's liability for failures of third-party services is limited.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
